Kasmani is also a corporate trainer in delivering service quality. He had delivered customize service quality programs for government bodies, public sectors and private companies in Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia. He is also specialises in Digital Internet Software Tools such as Whiteboard Video Animation, Webpage and MobileApps Design for bleanded and e-learning. Currently working as a Training Consultant with TLT Consultancy, he had conducted an ES (Employability Skills) programmes for WSG and other corporations. He has also trained various supervisors in professional supervisory skills for the Houdini Project (SHELL PETROLEUM) at Pulau Ular. His training participants also come from Holland, Australia, Myanmar, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Republic of China and Japan. Kasmani holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (Thames Valley University), and is certified with DACE and ACTA.
