She is versatile, multilingual with business acumen enables her to utilise organisational knowledge, experiences, and skills in project management. Karen holds Master of Counselling from Monash University, MBA, BSc. Hons. Information Management, and certified CISA®, MCT, CEI™, DACE, ACTA MCAAA, MCSE, ITIL®, CAP and other professional credentials.
