Josephine Teo has 20 years of global working experience in the public and private sectors, and is now based in Singapore as an independent facilitator and coach. She has facilitated training programmes for multi-national companies and local enterprises in the region. Josephine’s style of learning experience creation is both interactive and engaging, targeting at achieving desired outcomes for organisations, yet enabling participants to empower themselves to transform and create a difference in their lives. A lifelong learner, Josephine holds an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Bachelor of Fine Arts (Film and Television) from Tisch School of the Arts, New York University; and Specialist Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science from Singapore’s Republic Polytechnic. Professionally, she is a certified DISC facilitator, Brian Tracy facilitator, and FocalPoint International coach. She is both DACE and ACTA certified.
