Ian, a Senior Manager, L&D APAC in a leading Performance Retail organization, is a lead with experience in the full cycle of L&D. He specializes in framework design, curriculum development, facilitation (service, product, leadership, core skills) and business impact evaluation. He is acutely aware of business needs for ROIs and seeks to continuously measure impact of learning from a data-driven angle. He is a strong believer of the agile mindset in curriculum and content design and execution, as well as the use of technology and a blended learning approach. He is a strong advocate of tripartite collaboration and is dedicated to advocating human-centric leadership. Ian holds a BSc. In Biomedical Sciences from NUS and an ACTA qualification.
