Denise brings with her more than 20 years of corporate experience ranging from Customer Service, Marketing and Human Capital Development. She is currently an Associate Adult Educator at IAL facilitating WSQ ACTA. During her stint with a US healthcare manufacturing MNC, she piloted the curriculum design and development of medical devices application program for the International Marketing and Sales team. She has also facilitated high performance leadership workshops for the Asia Pacific leadership team. In her previous role as Head of Human Capital Development, she fronted HR initiatives such as succession management, talent assessment with pipelines and developmental plans which included a high-impact Mentoring program for new leaders.
