Arulappan John specialises in the use of the LEGO® Serious Play® method to deliver L&D results
Arulappan John integrates active learning strategies using Profiling Tools such as Workplace Big Five, MBTI & LEGO® Serious Play® method and materials to bring out the best of participants. John was awarded the Trainer Excellence Award and The Trainer of the Year by the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) in 2013 and 2016 respectively. He was also the recipient of the Excellence Service Award in 2007 from the Ong Teng Cheong Leadership Institute. He holds an MBA and majored in Strategic Human Resource Management. He has completed the Certification Training in Designing & facilitating workshop using the Lego® Serious Play® method and materials.
