Panel: At the intersectionality of Human Centricity and Gen AI: where do learning organizations stand?

Description

Much has been said about Generative AI affordances in increasing productivity and enhancing learning experience in design. Let’s now train our sight on AI in organizational learning. Senge (1990) defines the learning organization as one that is adaptive and generative with the ability to create alternative futures.

The five disciplines a learning organization should possess include team learning, shared visions, mental models, personal mastery and system thinking (Yang et al., 2004).

Generative AI has been making waves throughout various industry sectors in recent years, and L&D industry leaders have kept a keen eye on the promises and pitfalls associated with it. Forward-thinking educators are on the lookout for the best ways to use AI in learning organisations, at the individual level and system level.

This webinar will offer insights on using Generative AI (GenAI) to develop future-ready skills while maintaining a human-centred approach. It will critically assess the impact GenAI have on learning organisations and explore how employees can navigate the resultant disruptions, and the impact it has on HR practices. Book your place today and be part of the emerging brave new frontier in L&D!
