Mee Yin’s key role is in pioneering learning transformation in one of the ministry. She contextualises curriculum design and validation frameworks and workplace learning design to shift learning practices to be more learner-centred. She also designs performance support applications to better synergise learning and performance at the workplace. Mee Yin holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from NTU-NIE. She is currently perusing the Specialist Diploma in Advanced Facilitation with IAL.
