Elangoh is a Training, Learning and Development specialist with work experiences, which includes consultancy and advisory in Adult Education. Presently a Training Manager, he has carved and injected a vibrant and modern methodology of training and development and yielded recognition among individuals seeking profession or to upgrade themselves professionally. Till date, he has managed to achieve training and development objectives, which is to determine training needs, formulate appropriate training methodology, conduct workshops, design coursewares and implement digital platform for e-learning purposes. Elangoh obtained his credentials in training and development through IAL with ACTA (2015) and DACE (2017).
