Digital Transformation and Training Manager at Singpost, Dickson is in charge of training more than 200 counter service ambassadors to operate efficiently in the digital economy. Dickson’s project includes the award-winning iSam and other major projects to attract millennials to the post offices. Prior to his appointment at Singpost, Dickson conducted e-commerce courses by Alibaba Business School. Then, he curated programme that allows experiential learning of the adoption of new technology such as AR/VR and new retail to propel business in the digital economy. Before e-commerce, Dickson trained teachers from Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia as well as Singapore in Robotics.
