Diana Chong is well-acquainted with competency-based training and assessment, and has branched into the application of workplace learning and work-based learning. Diana conducts workshops and facilitates classes and training sessions. She specialises in the design and development of course materials and competency-based assessments, as well as the analysis, design and development of OJT, job aids, work-based coaching, online learning and self-learning materials. Diana’s qualifications include MA (ID&T), ACTA and DACE. She is passionate in helping learners succeed in their endeavours, and is always keen to find new ways to design & facilitate meaningful learning & skill applications.
