With more than 20 years of working experience in service and education, Joyce was also formerly a VP of Communications for AICI Singapore. She is currently leading Service Excellence in the corporate sector. Driven by her passion to shape an organisation's culture, she develops training and non-training intervention. Her niche in customer service excellence, social media marketing strategies and leadership brought new ideas and value add through employee engagement. Her entrepreneurship spirit co-founded medical clinics and F&B shops with investors. Joyce holds a MA in Professional Education with NIE/NTU, BA in Multimedia Design & Technology, and three other Diplomas in Adult Continuing Education, Image Consulting, Digital Media and ACTA.
