Originally on a teaching scholarship with MOE, he has worked internationally and helped develop and run a global talent organisation across four continents. As Director of Fair Employment at MOM and subsequently Director of CaliberLink at then-WDA, he has developed expertise in the challenges and opportunities faced by employers and PMEs when dealing with a rapidly changing business and work landscape. He helped develop some of then-WDA’s first professional conversion programmes and set up and ran TAFEP - addressing workplace discrimination issues nationally. His primary interest is in helping clients (corporate and individuals) progress and transit more effectively towards their goals.
