Alvin Tan began his career in 1997 in MINDEF before moving to the private sector with 7-Eleven, Giant Hypermarket, NTUC Fairprice and Jay Gee Enterprises. In 2010, Alvin has overseen the project management of one of the most profitable projects in Kelly Services Singapore, doing the full spectrum of HR functions for the client. Alvin was then transferred as L&D Executive. Alvin co-designed the training modules and OJT blueprints and facilitated the recruitment consultant foundation training classes for an e2i Place and Train programme in Right Foot Forward Pte Ltd. In 2014, Alvin joined SFIC Institute as the Training and Quality Manager where he co-develops courses, facilitates classes and ensures that the quality of programmes adhere to the industry standards and guidelines.
