Alvin has more than 15 years of working experience in both public and private sectors. He has been an adult educator for more than 7 years. He has developed both synchronous and asynchronous curriculum and conducted physical / online / hybrid workshops for more than 2000 learners in Asia. He is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. Alvin holds a double Masters Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Murdoch University and Bachelor of Science (Merit) in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), WSQ ACTA & DACE qualifications.
