Chia Siang Pio had worked in MINDEF’s Policy Office, writing policy papers and talking points for the Minister and PS. She was also formerly a Deputy Director in the Incentives and Policy Division in WDA. She has been an Associate Trainer with the Civil Service College since July 2010. She has conducted countless writing courses, including in-house customised ones for public organisations such as MOE, MHA, MOM, LTA, SPF, PUB, IMDA, A*Star, RP as well as government-related institutions such as NUS LKY School of Public Policy, SingHealth Academy and NHGP. Chia Siang Pio, a PSC scholar, graduated from the NUS with a Second Upper Honours Degree in History. Her other major was English Language. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.
